ae4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing the use of the ae4 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using ae4, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of These Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ae4 platform—including the website, mobile app, and related services—you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions in full without reservation. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must not use the ae4 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and ae4 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The ae4 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are in jurisdictions where use of this platform is legal. Users are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Eligibility
To use ae4 services, you must register an account with accurate, up-to-date, and complete information including full name, phone number, and valid identification details. Each individual is allowed only one ae4 account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination of all related accounts.
Ae4 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, especially before processing withdrawals or during investigations. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.
Account & Password Security
You are fully responsible for safeguarding your ae4 username and password. Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone. ae4 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any communication channel.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ae4 immediately via support email. ae4 is not liable for any loss resulting from the user’s failure to secure their account credentials.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through your account comply with these terms and are lawful, whether performed by you or others with access to your account.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the ae4 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technologies to unlawfully access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to bypass, disrupt, or damage ae4’s security systems, servers, or networks.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information to other users or the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities using the ae4 platform.
- Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or transferring account ownership without prior written consent from ae4.
- Exploiting bugs, system errors, or technical flaws to gain unfair advantage.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
All transactions on the ae4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ae4 supports various local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods you use belong to you and are legally valid.
Deposits will be credited to your ae4 account once confirmed by the payment provider. ae4 is not liable for delays caused by third parties or banking systems. All withdrawal requests are processed according to verification procedures and must meet applicable minimum requirements.
Ae4 reserves the right to freeze or withhold withdrawal processing if fraud, money laundering, or term breaches are suspected. In such cases, ae4 will notify users and may request additional supporting documents before allowing processing to continue.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements. Bonuses received cannot be withdrawn until all rollover conditions are fully met according to the relevant bonus terms.

All payment methods must be in the name of the registered user. ae4 does not accept payments from third parties.

Account Suspension & Closure
Ae4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time without prior notice if users violate any part of these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or when ae4 reasonably believes the integrity of the platform or other users is compromised.
Users may also request to voluntarily close their accounts by contacting ae4 support via email. Any valid balance at closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to successful identity verification and no unresolved term breaches.
Platform Liability Limits
Ae4 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, gaming outcomes, or transaction delays caused by factors beyond ae4’s control.
The ae4 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Users use the platform at their own risk. ae4 does not guarantee the platform will be error-free or operate without interruptions.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Laws
All content, design, logos, graphics, software, text, and visual elements on the ae4 platform are the exclusive property of ae4 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any ae4 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The ae4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. ae4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms should be resolved through amicable discussions before any legal actions. ae4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform, and users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
